What you should know about menopause
Menopause is a natural stage, not a disease how to prepare for it and manage symptoms comfortably.

Menopause typically begins between ages 45 and 55, preceded by a perimenopausal phase that can last several years. During this period, women may experience hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, and vaginal dryness. None of these symptoms is something you should suffer through in silence.
Hormone replacement therapy is a safe and effective option for many women and can substantially improve quality of life. Alongside it, regular exercise, a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D, and active follow-up of bone and cardiovascular health form the backbone of care at this stage. Talk to your doctor honestly there are many good options.
